About the role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Team Leader / Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and ensure progress in our development teams. You will play a key role in leading the teams in close collaboration with business tribes and squads, as well as contributing to the execution of larger digitalization projects. Your workplace will be at our office in Stockholm.
Responsibilities;
• Lead and support development teams in agile deliveries
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with business tribes and squads to achieve common goals
• Contribute to progress in larger digitalization projects
Qualifications;
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies and frameworks
• Documented experience from larger digitalization projects
• Experience in leading development teams in complex environments
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly driven
• Strong communication skills and ability to create engagement
